Warranty
When Kevin started Invictus Practical, he set out to create and offer the best products available, and believe I have succeeded in doing so.
I, just as Kevin did, stand behind these products, accordingly, and warrant that everything that goes out my door to you is free of defect in material and workmanship, period.
That said, if you feel that you have an Invictus Practical product that does not live up to that promise, please let me know and I’ll make it right. You can reach me at invictuspractical@gmail.com, and I will do everything in my power to see to it that every one of my customers is 100% satisfied with their purchase.

Returns
See the "Warranty" section above.
All I ask is you don't abuse the system. So long as the products are in original condition without use or modification I am happy to accept returns of items purchased within one year of proof of purchase. All items will be subject to inspection prior to acceptance and release of funds.
A refund, less the initial shipping cost, will be released within seven (7) business days of acceptance of the item and acceptance of its state in original, unused or modified status. Customers have the option to use the discounted shipping rate provided under Invictus Practical accounts in agreement that the additional return cost will be additionally deducted from the refunded price.
Starting January 1st, 2023, all returns made in conjunction with the receipt on a non-paid item such as a 1:1 product swap, incorrect part for correct part, or any combination whereby the customer receives unearned property from Invictus Practical shall be accompanied by an invoice payable covering the unearned property cost at the appropriate shipping tier rate found under "shipping." The customer agrees based on the acceptance of these terms & conditions automatically upon checkout that they will return the unearned property in a timely manner. Invoices will accrue at the annual interest rate of eighteen percent (18%) on any unpaid balances. Should this invoice be placed with an attorney or collection agency for collection, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney's fees.
Items deemed unacceptable due to their use, modification, or other value reducing situation will be handled on a case by case basis.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
Your data will not be sold, manipulated, or used in any method unethical manner by Invictus Practical, LLC. I reserve the right to utilize your data to inform you of website updates to include, but not limited to product price changes, new product launches, website page launches, newsletters, etc.
Your privacy is just as important to me as it is to you. I don't spam, I'm human and I hate spam email, phone calls, texts, and mailers. I’m in the business of making the best shooting and competition kit available - not reselling your personal information, so I won’t do it. Period.
If in the course of your visit to this website you share any of your personal information - whether by browsing, placing an order, or signing up for some sort of communication, etc. - that information will be used only for the specified and / or applicable purpose(s), and won’t be misused or distributed unnecessarily.
All that said, if you feel that, due to a visit to this website, your information has been used in a manner inconsistent with the preceding statement, please let me know at invictuspractical@gmail.com and we will get to the bottom of it. I value your business and trust, and want to earn and honor both.

SHIPPING
Domestic (i.e. US) shipping is a flat $9 for all retail orders under $200. All domestic retail orders of $200 or more ship free with my thanks.
International shipping charges to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, Asia and beyond (i.e. any destination not prohibited by US trade sanctions) are based on the order's total value according to the following schedule (all amounts in USD):

Kevin worked hard to make sure that each and every customer receives the absolute most value that can be offered in exchange for your hard-earned money - so the discount is already built-in to the price of all my products! :)
Beyond that, I as a multi-combat veteran, in recognition of the extraordinary sacrifice those in our Armed Forces give every day, it's my pleasure to offer a 10% discount to active-duty military personnel, as a small token of my appreciation of and gratitude for your service.

TAX
Sales tax will be extracted from me on all sales shipped to a Tennessee address. Therefore, I have little choice but to collect such taxes on applicable orders. I don’t like it any more than you do, but if I intend to stay in business (which I do), this is just the way it has to be.
To my tax-exempt customers: I am required to obtain a copy of your signed tax exemption or resale certificate prior to completing the sale in order to spare you (and me) the customary drilling.

Guns are dangerous by design. If they weren’t, they wouldn’t be useful.
Shooting guns is, likewise, an inherently dangerous activity, which requires an appropriate degree of care from and for all involved to enjoy safely. If you’re reading this, I expect you to be possessed of the maturity and responsibility necessary to understand this by now.
All that notwithstanding, my products - when used properly and in accordance with their intended purpose and capacity - pose neither danger nor risk to either the user or any potential bystander(s).
So if, in the course of using any Invictus Practical product(s), you manage to harm yourself or another, or damage someone’s property, whether intentionally or unintentionally, you hereby acknowledge that you - and you alone - are responsible. Not Invictus Practical.
Period.
If you disagree with or otherwise can’t accept the preceding statements, then do not, under any circumstances, use my products, as to do so will be to accept responsibility for your own choices and actions, and the attendant consequences thereof - the responsibility for which I hereby disavow, is utterly beyond my capacity to control or otherwise influence.
